The JBI Resource List contains only sites that are accessible to the blind or visually impaired.
When the JBI finds that a site is usable by the blind or visually impaired by means of braille, screen enlargement, or speech synthesis we add it to our Resource List. Any site listed here will either read aloud automatically by using one of the leading screen readers and/or the print on the screen or will be adjustable by pulling down the "TEXT SIZE" option of the "VIEW" menu on your menu bar.
There may be links within the sites that contain maps, time schedules or other graphic pages not reachable through the above listed accessibility tools, but if most of the links speak, are useable through refreshable braille displays, can be enlarged, or the screen contrast changed, we will approve it. If it works better with one browser enlargement program or screen reader than another, we will list that information as well.
You may browse the list or search for a particular site. Enjoy!
