Eligibility and Registration

Anyone who is visually impaired, blind, physically disabled or reading disabled is eligible to receive our free services.

Please note that if you are already registered with the Library of Congress or an agency for the blind and visually impaired in your state, all we need is the name of the agency and your certification number. Fill in this information on the appropriate line of the Inquiry Form below.

If you are not already registered with an affiliated agency and are interested in enrolling, please submit the following form. A librarian will contact you shortly.
