A File based Hebrew Braille Translation Program

The UTF-8 Translator is intended for advanced users who wish to submit their Hebrew text to the translation program by uploading a UTF-8 text file.

If you are not already familiar with this program and wish to translate Hebrew text into Braille, we strongly suggest you visit The Translator, the standard version of our program.

Instructions:

  1. Use the "Browse" button to select a UTF-8 Hebrew text file (also known as 8 bit unicode).
  2. Click on the button labeled "Translate File."
  3. After a brief delay, you will be prompted to download the computer Braille file. You will be able to save it to your computer or open it.
